Kristi CEO, LMT, Owner, has practiced massage for 20+ years, and over the past few years has added the cryotherapy and patches to enhance the outcomes of individuals. Her passion and dedication to help others is unwavering. Kristi, married with four beautiful young ladies, she enjoys cooking, photography, art (mostly painting), nature, time with family, learning, educating and traveling.

Cancellation Policy

We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Empowered Balance Massage & Wellness has the following cancellation policies: •100% cancellation/reschedule fee if the time you cancel falls within 48 hours from your scheduled appointment. • 100% cancellation/reschedule fee if you cancel 2 or more times with in a calendar period. •100% fee will be charged for a no call/no show.
